Trust Inns’ lease agreements have been recognised throughout the industry for their range of benefits which include assignability (the facility to sell on your business after a qualifying period) and competitive barrelage discounts.  The range of agreements available provides flexibility and choice and has been developed to meet the many different requirements of today’s pub licensees.

Trust Inns currently has two types of lease agreement available; the Trust Inns’ Business Development Lease (3yr) and the Trust Inns’ Business Development Lease (10yr) which are available to licensees in England, Wales & Scotland.

With all Trust Inns’ tenancy and lease agreements you must read the lease agreement documentation for yourself.  We strongly recommend that you take professional advice to ensure you are fully aware of and understand the responsibilities, requirements and the contract that you are about to enter into.

On the following pages we invite you to find out more details about the various lease agreements we offer.  Our Code of Practice is also available and outlines what we, as the landlord, offer you as our prospective lessee, and in return what we would expect from you in order to build a solid working relationship. 

Our Code of Practice has been accredited by the industry body, BIIBAS (BII Benchmarking & Accreditation services.  This means it has been judged to be a clear statement of our responsibilities and obligations to you as a lessee.
